Staying for a couple of nights allowed us to fully soak in the charm of the old city. The room was cozy and clean, providing all the essentials for a relaxing stay. I really enjoyed that there were coffee and snacks available throughout the day, which made it easy to recharge between exploring. The location was fantastic, as we could step out and be right in the heart of the action. Plus, being able to pop over to local restaurants right across the street added to the experience.

excellent air conditioning, central pedestrian zone, close proximity to local restaurants
The room felt incredibly cramped, making it difficult to navigate with larger luggage!!! Noise travels too easily from the corridor, which detracted from peace during the stay!!! Adequate cleaning in the bathroom is definitely needed!!!

Oh man, the food scene here is off the charts! Plus, the breakfast spread at the hotel was anything but boring—so many choices! The cozy vibe of the hotel made it the perfect spot to unwind after our culinary adventures.
We did have a little hiccup with our room lock—sometimes the key card was a bit finicky. Everything else made the price more than worth it.

The location is excellent, just a minute's walk from the bustling old town, which is perfect for exploring. My room was spacious and well-decorated, providing a comfortable stay despite some street noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist, making the experience even better. Breakfast options could use a bit more variety, but the grilled meat available nearby is a must-try.

The location is perfect for exploring and has a cozy atmosphere. We loved the fresh fruit and coffee available around the clock. The staff was super friendly and even made us Bosnian coffee upon request. We enjoyed hiking on the Olympic mountains and skiing during our stay. Absolutely recommend this place!
Finding parking was a hassle. It’s not easy to locate if you're driving, and the hotel’s paid arrangements with a nearby parking facility can be inconvenient.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room and it was cozy with a huge comfy bed. The room was clean and had a nice padded bench seat to chill on. It opened to a busy street but wasn't noisy at all! Just wish the shower was cleaner, a little scrubbing would really help. Overall, it was a pleasant spot to relax after exploring the vibrant old town.
